Scope of services

Our music-services work may include music production, recording direction, vocal production, mixing, mastering, cover art, video design, visualizers, pitching support and release strategy.

Project confirmation

An enquiry does not automatically confirm a project. Work begins only after scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables and payment terms are agreed.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate project details, references and files.
• Confirm that you have the right to share and use any audio, lyrics, artwork, footage or references provided.
• Review drafts and revisions within agreed timelines.

Revisions and delivery

Revision rounds, delivery formats and timelines vary by project and should be confirmed before work begins. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may require extra time or cost.

Creative rights

Ownership and usage rights for final work should be defined in the project agreement. Until payment and terms are completed, drafts, concepts and working files remain part of the creative process.

Third-party platforms

Playlist pitching, distribution, social media performance and platform visibility may depend on third-party services and editorial decisions. We can support preparation and positioning, but no guaranteed placement or result is promised unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation

We aim to deliver professional creative support, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing assets, incomplete information, platform changes or third-party decisions.
